Yes and no.Yes, the people have turned on Harper -- prorogation was a bridge too far, illustrative of an attitude that doesn't play well in a representative liberal democracy.But no, it isn't necessarily for good -- it happened to Trudeau in 1972 and 1979.People are forgiving.
