Why Conservatives Are Bad Governors
Exhibit A: The 407. Conservatives exist to shift public goods into private hands. It wasn't always this way, but since they turned off their brains and learned to love Thatcherism, it is their only function and goal.

Although, to be fair, I wouldn't give the McGuinty Libs that much credit. They have a habit of washing their hands of problems they don't want to deal with, regardless of whether they can.
