Well, What Do You Know

The Supreme Court has actually told the Conservatives to take a hike. They have saved Insite and as a result, the lives of countless drug addicts. Hooray for the triumph of reason over ideology. It is unfortunate that it is such a rare occurrence. I expect the next Conservative fund raising letter will denounce the communists on the bench and stress the need for God-fearing Conservatives to flood the benches. It is all bullshit of course, since this is the most conservative Supreme Court in years, but you know the Conservatives, every political loss is a profit opportunity.

  1. The timing couldn't be better. The whole concept of condemning these addicted people to a death sentence shows how missguided, malicious and uncaring this government is.
I hope it instills faith in those who would rise up and fight the new omnibus bill. Turning your back on sick addicts and treating them as criminals is akin to throwing some teenager in jail with a liftime record for growing six plants over the summer.
Fear of having holes shot through this tough on crime bullshit surely must have the cons freaked.
They must now turn their attention to subduing the supreme court. Imagine the unmitigated gall of the minister health, Aglukak stating their dissappointment with the ruling. The very body that defines the law of the land and the very body that this goverment is elected to obey and uphold. The people of this country responsible for placing this government in power are blind and stupid.
