Frank Luntz, US political advisor to Newt Gingrich, is probably still advising Harper. Neocons have obviously instructed Harper to make some noise. During the joint Obama-Harper press conference, it was clear Harper was putting on the Bush mantle.
But isn't it as likely as not that this is a conscious shift now that the Libs' leader figures to be willing to play along?
