Vain Hope Watch
Gilles Duceppe had plenty to say about Harper and coalitions. It turns out coalition talks, in 2004, between Harper, Layton and Duceppe ended with the signing of a joint letter to the Governor General, asking to be given a chance to form a government, something that Harper now says is illegitimate.
