Some of the comments on that article are depressing. They claim that the article must be a lie - it implies that Dear Leader's love for all things military wasn't enough to help that soldier.
How can a serious problem get solved when some find it politically inconvenient to recognize that the problem even exists?

The military does all they can for everyone, the soldier was a loser, it's all anti-harper bullshit from the reporter (even the quotes from the family members).

As if the family is supposed to be able to provide expert counselling on post-combat PTSD. As if they're supposed to pay for it out of their pockets, after it was the military that sent him there.
