The Stab In The Back
Well, you just knew this was coming. The Harperites are denying they made any deal with Omar Khadr to repatriate him. The shit will hit the fan, now (though I doubt we will hear much from the opposition, as I expect them to run for cover). More to come. Count on it.

This is such a travesty. Harper and his thugs just basically illustrated that Muslim people, especially youth, are not worthy of any rights - even if they are Canadians.
ReplyDeleteNah, we'd support not lifting a finger to help 'most anyone fighting on the other side -- Muslim, Christian, Buddhist.
ReplyDelete"Let him rot" was a foreign policy decision that worked for three PMs and a majority of Canadians (but just a plurality at this point, hence the deal).
