Ballot Question 2
Which party and leader understands the economic situation at the ground level?
My own question. Why is Stephen Harper smiling? He looks positively giddy at the prospect of profiting from people losing their retirement savings.
People only lose if they actually sell everything at the bottom.
Even if someone needs some (but not all) of the money right now, there's no reason to sell all of their holdings, just those shares/units to generate the cash they need.
