Rick Anderson stays true to his Reform roots by supporting MMP. He lays out the big positives of MMP, some I had considered and some, like "safe ridings" being ignored by parties under FPTP, that I hadn't. Well worth a look.
I remain agnostic. I'd probably vote against if I were at home in Ontario, but I'll be very interested to watch how it plays out if it passes.
ReplyDeleteBut yes, Rick Anderson sounds not unlike that Harper/Flanagan article from 1997 or thereabouts. This was a Reform Party issue, for sure.
